This golfer’s paradise can comfortably accommodate ten guests with its four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and fold-out couch downstairs in the trendy teenagers/kids suite. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The gleaming entrance hall leads into a sumptuous living area. Leather sofas and soft furnishings create an inviting lounge with a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, DStv and indoor/outdoor surround sound taking pride of place.
Stacker doors off the main lounge and the separate children’s lounge open out onto the entertainment area with its breathtaking view of the 6th hole of the lush Hermanus Golf Course.
A swimming pool, with a safety fence and a purpose-built braai complement the tranquil surroundings. A private Jacuzzi ads another dimension to this ideal holiday retreat.   
The dining table seats ten however, the open plan gourmet kitchen with its granite counters is fully equipped with 12 settings of everything for extra visitors.

A catering service can be provided and a cleaning service arranged. A dishwasher and a separate laundry equipped with washing machine and tumble-drier are standard.
Two double garages means there’s space enough for all the extras and a private study allows for business to continue if necessary.
If a domestic worker needs to be aranged to wash dishes and do the laundry - that can be arranged.
Hillside Village has full-time security, is centrally located in the affluent   Hermanus Heights suburb and is 1½ hours drive from Cape Town.
