The house is family-friendly and ideal for guests looking for a comfortable self-catering holiday home just outside Hermanus.

This cosy upstairs/downstairs cottage offers three double bedrooms and one bunk room with two bathrooms situated downstairs, one with a bath, toilet and basin and one of the double rooms offers an en-suite shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan kitchen/lounge area leads onto a patio/braai area and garden at the back of the house.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove/oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and also offers a washing machine, fridge and freezer. There are two areas available with braai facilities. The upstairs section of the cottages offers an additional loft double bedroom with bay windows overlooking Vermont as well as a separate entertainment/games room ideal for reading or enjoying board games and there is a flat-screen TV with DSTV channels.
